At AN Beauty, we take pride in offering high-quality beauty and skincare products. Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

Final Sale: All purchases made on anbeauty.store are final. We do not offer cash refunds, store credits, or product exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or process refunds if you change your mind, decide you no longer want the product, or ordered the wrong item by mistake.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders once confirmed (including Cash on Delivery orders) cannot be canceled or modified after they have been dispatched.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase at checkout.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your products safely. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.

Reporting Process:

Contact Us: Reach out within 24 to 48 hours of package delivery at anbeauty59@gmail.com.
Provide Details: Include your Order Number, full name, phone number, and clear photos/videos of:
- The damaged or incorrect item.
- The original packaging and shipping label.
Resolution: Upon reviewing your request, our support team will evaluate the issue and, if verified, arrange for a replacement of the exact item at no additional shipping charge. Refunds are not issued for damaged or defective items; replacement only.

4. Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order or prepaid package is refused upon delivery or returned to us due to an invalid/incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, AN Beauty reserves the right to restrict future orders or COD eligibility for that account/address.
